May 2nd Private Paint Party

This registration page is for a private public paint party on

Thursday, May 2nd at 6:30pm (lasting 2-2.5 hours)

100 N Hamilton, Georgetown, KY

Prepaid Reservations are required due to limited seating. $45/person. Please understand that due to limited seating we can not accommodate extra guests or children who are not registered to paint.

The shape options for this party are labeled and numbered in the thumbnail pictures, be sure to scroll thru them all. As always, once you get to the party you can paint them any color, any wording and any designs that you want to on the wood shape you choose, they do not have to look like my sample. So be thinking ahead to any color swaps you may want to make so you are prepared when you arrive. You can see the color chart as well in the pictures. 

I will supply the wooden shape cut out, brushes, easels, aprons, ribbon, paint and all the supplies needed to create a masterpiece of your own! We are using acrylic paint which does not easily come out of clothes. 

Due to preparing your specific shape and holding a spot for you, we do not offer refunds for cancellations. If you notify us within 2-3 hours of the party we may be able to reschedule you for any available openings within 30 days or you are more than welcome to pick up a DIY kit with supplies to paint from home. If we are not notified by you prior to the party or you are a no show, we will not be offering rescheduling opportunities. 

We will have water bottles on hand, but you are more than welcome to bring anything else you would like to drink. Private parties may also bring finger food, desserts or snacks as well if you would like as long as you have the place to yourselves. Keep in mind, you will be busy most of the night so a full course meal or something that takes up a lot of table space is never a good idea! 

This event is held downstairs which is only accessible from exterior stairs. There is no elevator or ramp access.
